When inserting a Caesura into my score, the playback bar will pause appropriately, but the music will continue playing as if there were no caesura.
I have one staff, tenor voice, Treble clef 8va Bassa. I can put the Caesura anywhere in my score and the problem repeats identically.

(Apologies if I have done something wrong, this is my first time using the issues tracker.)
I have the exact same problem. It happens in all my scores. I've tested the other caesuras. for the other caesuras, it plays a shortened form of the first note after the caesura, but then does the pause. At one point, I believe the comma breath mark was doing the same thing for me throughout the whole score, but now I can't reproduce it; instead, the breath marks are simply ignoring their set pause.

Using 4.2 in macOS 13.6.1 (22G313), ceasura is not performed correctly. Instead of a pause, a fermata is performed. I have restarted many times and the ceasura is performed incorrectly each time.
This is a known issue already reported on GitHub. For future reference, this issue tracker here on musesocre.org has been retired; all new issues should be reported on GitHub. But again, this one is already there, so no need to open a new one.
