"Error: Muse Hub helper service is not running"

This error message appears every time I load Muse Hub. There's a button to 'connect', but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm unable to download any Muse Sounds. Does anyone know what I can do?

When I try to install Musescore I get this message and cannot go futher but Musehub still appears in the tas bar and there is also an entry in the Windows0 registry
