[Bug, 4.0.2] “Hide system barline” in Staff/Part properties cannot be reverted

(OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.2-230651553, revision: dbe7c6d)

Steps to reproduce :
- Select an item in any mesure of a piano part, right-click, menu item “Part/Staff properties...“;
- Check “Hide system barline”, click “Apply” => the barline is hidden at the left side of the staff
- Uncheck “Hide system barline”, click “Apply” => the barline is still hidden
- Close the dialog and press Ctrl+Z => the barline is still hidden
