MuseScore 4.0.1 does not send MIDI out to USB Midi Device called "WidiBud" which connects to my Roland FP-30. I can select it in Settings I/O Tab as Midi Input & Output Device named "WidiBud" just as in MuseScore 3. However when I try to play a mscz file downloaded from MuseScore, or any midi file no MIDI output ist sent to it. It works perfectly though on MuseScore 3.x or any other MIDI program I tried, Whatever MU 4.0.1 did, MIDI Out is completely broken even and of course "Midi Input/Output" is enabled in play controls. And yes I restarted MU4 numerous times with no success. Please fix with high priority. Without Midi Out MU4 is quite useless.
If you need any logs let me know.
Comments
I have exactly the same problem with my Yamaha PSR 740 keyboard. With Musescore 3 it works correctly. I also tried to use the latest beta version but the problem persists. I hope the bug is fixed as soon as possible.
Latest Beta?? Mu4 is out of Beta since more then 3 months now, and 4.0.2 has just been relerased
Same problem with audio device Behringer UMC 204 and ROLAND SC-88 VL.
No midi out, even if selected in "Preferences".
