Irregular repeats

Hello,

I am trying to build a song in Musescore that is following the following schema:
A R A B A B R A B R. I am not sure how to implement this other than make the song non-repeating (this stretches it over several pages).

What is R, here? Do you mean repeat? - repeat the preceding part, repeat back to the beginning, repeat but don't do previous repeats within the repeat? Or, is R a Refrain?

Best is to write it out "unrolled" and then post the score and see if someone can suggest the most compact but understandable way of representing it,
