MIDI Keyboard Not Working
MuseScore 4 recognizes my keyboard but when I try and use it to notate there are no sounds or even acknowledgments of the keys being pressed on the digital keyboard window. Any suggestions?

Also to be clear - when you say MuseScore recognizes it, you mean you successfully connected and turned it on before starting MuseScore then selected it for input in Edit / Preferences / I/O, using the current supported version of MuseScore (4.0.2)? What OS, what keyboard, and is there any other hardware involved (an external MIDI interface, for example)?

Yes it is selected as input. I am using the latest version of musescore. My computer is on 12.6.4 IOS Monterey. The hardware is a Casio Privia Keyboard and a MIDI cable which all works perfectly into garagband.
