Playback of a note in a chord sounds wrong (to my ears)
In measure 9, pitch F4, beat 2.25, voice 1 sounds correct when I click on it (single note played). However, it sounds wrong when the chord is played. I hear C5, not F4 in the chord. What do you hear? Maybe something wrong with my ears?

I can hear that F4

Interesting! Do you hear something odd in that F4 if you follow the melody?

I changed the Instrument from guitar to piano, organ, violin and they sounds correct. Only sounds wrong in guitar.

Sounds perfectly normal to me in both the current version 4.0.2 and the older version this score was created in. Are you perhaps playing with a third-party soundfont?

I have not installed any 3rd party soundfont that I know of. Wouldn't know how to. How do I check? I also played it in version 4.0.2 , same problem.
I exported 2 mp3's. one is a piano, the other a guitar. Piano sounds correct, guitar not so. How do I attach the mp3's for you to hear?

If you don’t remember installing or selecting any third party soundfonts then you probably didn’t, but check in the Mixer to be sure MS Basic is selected for the guitar.
You can’t attach audio files here but you can upload to somewhere like audio.com and paste a link here. Or a screen recording posted to YouTube.

In the Mixer under Sound: Nylon String Guitar is selected, not MS Basic. MS Basic is not even found in the long list (around 500- non alpahatical) which starts with Grand Piano and ends in Gun Shot. I've uploaded 2 mp3 files to audio.com. This is not the first time I've noticed incorrect playback classical guitar sound in Musescore 3. I've never posted about it till now.

Hear the difference in the last chord?

I think either your ears or speakers are playing tricks on you. The guitar sounds perfectly correct in your audio.
As for the soundfont, indeed, what you see was normal in older versions of MuseScore. The current version simply lists MS Basic.
