Inspector????

Hello all. I'm a new user to Musescore and I love it but I've a fairly simple question. I can't find the 'Inspector' window anywhere! I've read that by default it should show on the right of the screen (which it doesn't in my setup) and alternately I can toggle it on and off by clicking 'Inspector' in the 'View' menu! I'm using Musescore 4 on a Windows 10 laptop and 'Inspector' isn't even listed as one of the options in my 'View' menu . Please help!!
