Playback doesn't work, synthesizer doesn't open
Hello, I have Musescore 3. Everything worked, then playback was just disabled for some reason. I tried everything I found in the forum, nothing works so far. Went back to factory settings, checked my sound mixer settings, nothing works.

Won't let me log in to post a first question, there's no sound on playback, and there's no Synthesizer when I click on View.

My name appears so I'm already logged in (I guess?) but I never got the email to allow me to log in and it didn't let me log in when I tried, but I don't actually care about that. I just want to hear the music I'm writing, and there's no sound.
You have not specified which operating system and its version you are using and which MuseScore version. Is it 3.6.2?
The cause does not have to be Musescore, the PC also has several places where playback can be muted.
In Musescore, you should go to "Settings / IO" and check the settings and possibly reset them to default.
It happens from time to time, if you plug in another audio device (USB or Bluetooth headphones) while Musescore is running, that it remains muted. If this happens, plug in the other audio device before starting Musescore.
Can you play other audio files (e.g. mp3) on your computer?
