Playback not working; blue bar stuck at start. EDIT: SOLVED
The title. I'm on Ubuntu 22.10, and on Musescore 4. See attached image. It's stuck like this. Audio is working, just not in Musescore.
EDIT: Restarted pipewire. Worked.

Plays on W11. Maybe check that your system audio device is selected in MuseScore. Edit/Preferences/(I/O).
Off topic. When I load your score Basic sounds are loaded. Even so it sounds like you are using solo strings sounds. I confirmed by loading Muse Sounds. If this is the case, are you hoping that solo string playing those three notes will sound like a section? To me it just sounds like louder solo strings.

Audio device is selected. System default. Did an audio test, working fine. Also can ya rephrase that? I don't speak orchestra violin jargon haha. I'm a new-ish piano player and only recently got into this stuff ._.

System Default should work. However, sometimes you have to use the pulldown menu to select your audio device.

Could be a driver issue. But it sounds like time to delete MuseScore and see what happens. Might be time to reset your OS, too. Can't sat I know anything about Linux. I try it every once in a while. But it isn't new user friendly.

Deleting MU4 didn't help? Did you try wacking it with a hammer? just kidding.
You might need to Google Ubuntu audio device restart. Or something.
