BBC Symphony Orchestra Plugin
Hello everyone!
I'm trying to run the BBC Symphony Orchestra Plugin on my Musescore 4. I dowloaded it, from the Spitfire App, but when i open the Mixer window on Musescore, i cannot find this plugin on the sound list. Can you help me please? How can i do?

It works for me on Windows. Be sure you didn't put it in some non=standard place - VST instruments need to go to the a specific location defined by the standard. You might need to restart MuseScore after installing.

Apologies for slightly sideswiping this discussion, but I figure if anyone will know this, you will - how do you get it to read the articulation commands off the sheet rather than just stubbornly sit in whatever mode it was loaded in? I swapped my MS Basics out for BBC and now it's ignoring half of the information I've spent so many hours painstakingly scoring.
I was having the same issue and I was able to solve it by resetting both items of the Plugin and installing them again.
I have downloaded BBC Symphony Orchestra fro Spitfire. How do I add it to Musescore? When I go to Manage Plug Ins, there is no intuitive method. Thanks!

I went to Musescore.org, found the PlugIn download area. I tried to add Spitfire but it refused to accept due to the size exceeding 4Mb.... Yet, in lessons, Spitfire BBC was used. So,how do I circumvent this?

You don't add it as a plug-in. Once it is on your system MuseScore should find it. I downloaded the Sforzando player just to be sure.

"Plugins" in MuseScore does not refer to sounds at all, at all. It refers to the "macro" language that allows a user to automate specific sequences of actions.
