Deleting an instrument results in a crash.
Version: 4.11. reversion: e4d1ddf.
system: windows 10.
It's simple, create an instrument and then delete it. Musescore will crash.

4.11? Not 4.1.1? e4d1ddf indicates the latter ;-)
Create an instrument?? There's no such thing, do you mean Add an instrument?
I can't reproduce. Deleting the last instrument of a score doesn't let you out of the "Add or remove instruments" dialog

Probably the same thing here happens in my case: Linuxmint 21.2 here with MuseScore 4.1.1. trying to delete a system results in a crash (try it with the lower system in the score added).

Confirmed (assuming you don't mean system but part/instrument, here: the Piano). Please report on GitHub, https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/new/choose

As I don't have any experience with GitHub I'd be really happy if you or someone else could do that. Thank you!

No experience needed, just an account and the ability to fill in a form
