Blurred piano sound 2nd repeat
Bar 13 in the attached file (Mu4.1) is blurred the second time it is played. Is that a bug in MuseScore?

What do you mean by "blurred"? I don't hear any difference. Does it still sound abnormal to you if you export it as an audio file?

It sounds like the pedal is pressed down, but only the second time. I have exported it to the MuseScore.com and it still sounds blurred. Listen here:

Windows 10, MuseScore 4.1.1 using MS Basic sound.
Bar 13 sounds fine when played both times.

Muse Sounds seems OK on my system.
For testing, I added a pedal marking for measure 9 and 11. The only difference I could hear was the dotted quarter blending into the following half note. You might lower reverb.
