For measure 260 I did:
View >Selection filter
Select measure 260 and Copy and then press [Del]
Tools >Voices >Exchange voice 1-2
Uncheck Voice 1 in Selection filter
Paste into measure 260
Reset Selection filter before hiding it again
I don't know what a ghost note after a trill should look like.

In the score the note "to be trilled" is written as a little note after the main one. Wich makes sence since it is not played before.

Measure 260: Select the measure -> menu Tools -> Regroup Rhythms.
Or: select the measure -> Ctrl + Shift + Del

Regroup Rhythms, who knew? I dismissed that as I thought it would create a 4-beat rest instead of a whole measure. Kinda takes the fun out of it!
For the trill note/ghost note I'm thinking OP might want a Grace after the note but I'm not sure. What does it look like?

Yes probably, it looks just like in the Eulenburg edition. (that is like i have it written, but with the "gost note" on the right)

It shouldn't be a grace note, but a bracketed small, stemless notehead. MuseScore does this automatically when a trill doesn't go to the next diatonic pitch, but in two different ways, depending on whether the trilled interval is some kind of second or not.
Select the trill symbol and open the properties panel. The first two dropdown boxes will be "Auto (diatonic)" and "Second" by default, but you can change them to whatever you want.
Here are a few examples of what that trill looks like with all the possible seconds and thirds.

I'm not quite sure whether you wanted the grace note F♮ before the E as well, or whether the trill notehead is supposed to replace it, so I did it both ways. Notice that the accidental on that note also affects the trill, which is why the minor second doesn't have an accidental over it (although interestingly, the major second does have one, even when F is already sharp). Also note that the seconds never have a notehead; they just have an accidental above the trill symbol. I couldn't find a way to override this and force it to show a notehead, but that's not the standard way to notate it anyway.

It kind of worked for me, but(with minor 2nd) i could not figure out how to make the stemmless note with accidental. To put the fingering on.

With any 2nd, you don't. That's non-standard notation and not currently supported.

Trills are 2nds by default, and the accidental modifies the diatonic 2nd that is implied by the trill symbol. Adding a notehead is for when you need to specify a trill to a note that isn't a 2nd.
Fingering for a trill is usually done by adding two (or more) numbers to the main note, like this:
I think I've also seen it with a hyphen between the numbers, but as I understand it, that should only be used for a single note where you change fingers during the note, to be able to reach the next note.
If you really wanted to force it to show, you could add an invisible note below the main note, with a trill to a minor third or whatever gives you the right small notehead. But I'm pretty sure all the fingering for the trill goes on the main notehead, even when there is a small notehead for the trill note.
