switching from desktop to laptop
Is there anyway I can access a project that Ive been working on the desktop to my laptop? Can it be saved in the program to be accessible on another device?

Save your scores to a folder that syncs with some cloud service, like box.com, dropbox, etc. Configure this on Desktop and Laptop
Not really a MuseScore question, more a general question how to share files between different computers
Very classic and simple: Use a USB stick.
If both computers are in the same network, it is possible to share folders.

Works great :-) and creates a backup at the same time ...
