Notes still playing after the double line.

I was writing some piece and I wanted to end a variation with a double line (Like at the end of the piece). It worked fine before the update, but now it plays during the 3s period rest. lt didn't use to do that. Is this a bug or intentional? If it is intentional, then add some switch to enable and disable it. Also another problem. Before the update I was able to hear the appoggiaturas (grace notes) after the trill but now I can't hear them.
