staff text, position below, make italic and change x-offset

The y offset is not aligned with the lyrics because the lyrics automatically adjusted to ledger line notes. I can manually change the y offset but is it possible to automatically match the y offset to the lyrics?

An alternative method (the same as putting in verse numbers):
This will move up and down with the lyric text.
