My private score missing from My Scores

Hi, a score has gone missing from the "My Scores" section - it has been private without a plan to publicize it. I haven't overwritten it for a while and just one day it has gone missing. I cannot open it through the desktop app and on the online service. The only thing I can see is "Page not found".

I didn't keep a physical copy of this score on my desktop, I just have a printed copy. How do I access it?

Let me know if my post breaks the forum's rules then I change the content to [redacted] so nobody can google it they have the same issue, also I won't inform about the resolution and reasons for the issue if support helps me.

Honestly didn't know I could not post questions about the Cloud part of MuseScore.
