This is in the master palette. Select a note, search the master palette (press z) for "jet" (adding the last e makes it disappear :\), double click the symbol to add it. Select the symbol and press ctrl+e to use arrows to move it.
Jeté - Also known as "ricochet" bowing, this consists of "throwing" the bow on the string in the upper third of the bow on a down bow, so that it bounces and produces a series of rapid notes. Usually from two to six notes are sounded this way, but up to ten or eleven can be played. This technique was especially important among nineteenth-century virtuosi, particularly Paganini.
another thing, do you know how to expand the bars in between. for example if yo are writing for cello and piano, creating a bigger gap between the two parts ?
If those are the only instruments and you want it on every system, then use the menu Style->General...->Page and increase the staff distance. If you want this on only a few systems, use a spacer (looks like an arrow) where needed from the Breaks and Spacers palette.

If you want to approximate the sound then you can put a through the beam tremolo and a staccato on the note and make them invisible.

Some places MuseScore do or did recognize the é and e as the same letter. I just learned 2.3.2 and 3 don't in the master palette search box.

Hi! I'm trying to find this symbol in MuseScore 4, but I can't seem to locate it. I was wondering if you could help me. I would be very grateful!

Should still be at the same place as in 2018: in the symbols palette of the master palette. See the 2nd reply to the initial question
