Musescore quit unexpectedly
As soon as I click the MuseScore 4 Icon, I get the quit unexpectedly message box. I just updated to 4.2 and this started happening the next day. I am using MacOS Monterey 12.5 on a MacBook Air M2 '22.

Where to find earlier 4.x?
I only find 3.x in the download library...
I have the same on macOS 10.16, Arch.: x86_64
MU 3 ( (64-bit): 3.6.2.54 8020600, revision: 3224f34) runs fine
The exact same issue here: Musescore 4.2 on Macbook M1 with Sonoma 14.2.1
For anyone else experiencing this, this might be a solution/workaround until the issue is fixed in MU 4.3:
-Save MU 4.2 files as MusicXML.
-Download the older version of Musescore, MU 4.1 - https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/musescore-nightlies/macos/4x/stable/
-Delete MU 4.2
-Open the MusicXML files in MU 4.1
Have only tried this a few times to quickly test, but about to start working and will post here if any problems arise.
Thanks,
Seabass

There's a development version of 4.1.1 that can read 4.2 scores, see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/20566
