musescore 4.4 on windows - error in rendering
please see picture uploaded - it appears that the rendering of the musescore window is offset. The mouse doesn't work correctly either. you have to point above the actual menu item.

I do have a dual screen, but starting it with the second screen unplugged didn't help, nor did moving it back/forward multiple times between screens.
Other ideas?

No. I've seen that too, but moving it to the other screen (and back) always fixed it
please also see the following image of the DevTools information - two of the settings look corrupted

Try Help > Revert to factory settings
