Line Clipping
Any form of line ( not slurs or anything on the stave ) would just start clipping to the notes,
Maybe the team hasn't considered these kinds of *objects* contributing to noise ( object clipping )
Only way I can redeem this ( for now ) is to flip every single individual beam [ image 3 ], but in some cases, it's the note head [ image 4 ] that tries to ruin my sanity.
Even worse, if i normally select all included [ image 2 ], it just flips the line ( i've been trying to keep from interfering ) itself just keeping in the noise...
no pressure :>
Edit-1: noise, as in clutter

I don't understand what you are saying. All lines attach only to notes/rests. None of them make "noise"; some of them do things like change the volume (cresc.) or tempo (rit.) or intonation (slur and pedal). Your screenshots appear to show a line working as it's supposed to. Please attach your score and explain exactly what is happening--versus what you expect to happen--and exactly where in the score.

not that kind of noise
the other kind of noise
the 'noise' where it's cluttered up
