Adjusting size of text frames
On some of my scores, I was able to "invert" the text frame to make it take up less room. For some reason, I'm not able to do it on this score. When I select the frame, I don't see a handle I can use to drag up to reduce the size. The text in the frame is circled in blue. I want to move the frame up per the blue arrow. What am I doing wrong?

A screen short is not a score
Without looking at the score itself, we can't tell for sure. However, I suspect that you don't want the text frame at all, at all. Instead you want to adjust the Height, and/or Gap below of the title frame.

I do have organ registration suggestions written; that's why I chose a text frame. A screen shot is attached.

Oh, since the screenshot showed nothing in the text frame I was assuming that you were using it for spacing. Include the score so we can try to help you. (It's almost always necessary.)

If you’re afraid someone will pinch your work (highly unlikely), add a page break at the end of the first line, save as a new score with a new name, then delete all but the first page. Post this new example score here instead.
