Parts not in the correct key
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer,
When I extracted the parts for the linked piece not all of the key signatures extracted correctly. For example, the Cornet 1 part has 3 flats at measure 53 in the score, but only 1 flat in the part. There seems to be several key issues in the high brass starting at measure 53. What happened here?

Did you make the key signature change in measure 53 after you created the parts?
It may be a synchronization problem between the score and the parts, and it may help to reset the parts.
BTW: the Bb cornet has four flats in the score after the key signature change.

I can't recall for sure, but that's possible. So, am I not able to switch between editing the parts and score? I would really prefer to be able to make tweaks in both so you can see from the player and conductors prospective.

Just before you print anything, it is a good idea to refresh/update all Parts.

It shouldn't really matter whether you write or change in the score or in the parts. It should synchronize automatically. From time to time there are reports that this does not work reliably. That's why @underquark's advice is important and usually puts things right again.
This has also happened to me in the older MuseScore versions.
