Flute, Trumpet, and Clarinet Parts are Bugged
The parts on my score tab shows up fine, but the individual parts they are extremely bugged. I tried saving and exiting and it is still there. When I created the pdf to see if it would show up, it still did. How do I solve this?

Attach your score. It's very unusual that anybody will be able to help without seeing the MSCZ file.

Yes I close and reopen the parts to no avail.

I am not sure if this is the same as the function 'Reset' in the parts Tab.
And yes, I assume also that 'Join Measures' is the main reason for your problem. If you need this in the drum section apply it only in the drum part - not in the score.
At least, if I open your parts separately in MuS 3.7 and delete these signs then all looks fine.
What are these things? When you remove them, everything looks better.

They join measures together, I believe because I put the four bar repeats in the drum section it applied it to all parts. However, me removing them did not solve the issue. It also doesn't answer the question of why is this happening to those parts specifically.

It was a known issue due to the symbol/feature "Keep measures on the same system", see: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/20773
Resolved for 4.3, so please update your version. I don't longer see any layout problem in parts in your score.
