I have attached the original example again. Because my answer from May 14, 2024 - 07:55 no longer matches the current attachment to your initial question!
It is an issue because it causes confusion. An End-Repeat jumps back to the most recent Start-Repeat... or does it? DC and DS, Codas, Fine etc. were created to help make scores more navigable.

Because that is musically incorrect and deliberately not implemented. Don't use nested repeats.

Nah i knew that, just that the original example was not what i was trying to show, because i didn't want to start the piece from the start.
