Hairpins Causings Pops
In any score I've done using Musesounds, there are always, in some instruments, clicks and pops that usually appear during hairpins. They're typically not loud enough to hear on speakers, but are clearly audible on any pair of headphones/earbuds. The instruments most prone to it by far are clarinets, oboe and horns.
These also show up on render, so it has to be something going on with the playback engine; even a PC that would experience underrun from samples can usually still render the track just fine. I also notice it in many scores on YouTube. I suspect they are not underruns or clipping (mixer isn't hot) but sound exactly like what happens if two audio files are placed against each other and not cut at a zero crossing. So it must be an issue with crossfades.
My PC is a Windows 11, Ryzen 6, 16gb RAM, SSD both one internal and another external and it can run a ton of Kontakt libraries in Reaper without issue, so the PC should be able to hand this. I've tried various things like adjusting interface buffer and sample rate, but the issues persist.
Is there any ongoing development on fixing these problems? I would really like to use Musesounds as close to exclusively as possible in my work, since I hate dealing with Kontakt and MIDI, but unfortunately, these audio bugs are a deal breaker. =/

I'm not hearing any thing like that on my system. Perhaps you could post a short score that does this and an mp3. You can zip the mp3 and post it here.

This is an excerpt from an arrangement I recently did and I just exported soloing the brass and clarinets at the end of the piece.
It will both playback like that and render the same every time.
Sometimes it depends on what key you're in. Take a passage that glitches like this and transpose it and it might not do it. So like I say, it's got to be something with the crossfades.

I can't hear any problem in your mp3. Headphones or not. Different EQ's All bass. All mid. All highs.
Try this score.

Bars 14 and 15 of the clarinet in the file you have attached are crackling

Try rendering it as an MP3 as well

Nope, no crackling here

I don't know what to tell you guys then, because I've tried these examples on numerous different things now. Speakers cranked, different sets of headphones, earbuds, television speakers, cars; it's consistently and clearly audible on all of them.

Are you using an external audio device? Like a Focusrite or something?
Does what ever device you are using have up to date drivers?
I have no crackling or pops on my system. But I have gone through all my audio playback devices, onboard and internal, and checked certain settings to help MuseScore sound better. They are listed in a "How to" in the manual. I know your other programs run fine. But MuseScore is....different.

I think you mean this How-To? https://musescore.org/en/node/339915

Yeah I have a Steinberg interface, but I can still hear it just the same if I unplug the interface and use the onboard sound. But like I said, it shows up on any playback device.
Do you exclusively use Musescore?
I'm having a similar issue where using dynamics with hairpins sound shaky. Where they constantly change from PP to F in less than seconds, especially over long periods of time of holding a note. I have the file attached in case. Issue found at 17-18, 27-32

Yeah I see that.
However, the problem in 27-32 is because you forgot to place a quieter dynamic marking in bar 28
