All File options grayed out
I'm new to MacOS and am confused why all these options, including save, are all grayed out and can't be selected.

Did this fix itself? Like maynbe, it was in the middle of a save already? If not, I'd try restarting MuseScore Studio, or rebooting.

I have exactly the same problem. Running:
- Macbook Pro 13-inch, M2, 2022
- macOS 15.1,
- Arch.: arm64,
- MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.4.3-242971445, r
- Revision: eb6b367
It's gone when I :
1. Completely quit Musescore
2. Start Musescore again
yeah I'm having the same issue
For me it was MuseScore not having write access to the folder the score file was located in. Moving the file and opening from a different location (Documents) worked fine, then Export/Save As to your desired location should prompt you whether to grant permission. After that it's been ok for me.
