Audio Playback acting strange with Focusrite 18i20 interface audio
Hello, I seem to be having a strange issue with my playback when using my Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 interface with musescore. The audio becomes incredibly high pitched and plays back very quickly. This has happened before and randomly would go back to normal, but seemingly out of my control. I have always used a 48k sample rate and 2048 buffer size with no issues for a long time, but now it seems to not go back to normal. I am on Musescore 4.3.2. I have linked a video of the issue, as it is not related to one specific project file.
Please let me know if any other information would help diagnose the issue

There is no reason to not raise the buffer to 4096. Make sure to turn off Exclusive mode for your Focusrite.

Update- Turning off exclusive mode seemed to fix the issue for the day, but upon opening musescore again today, the problem has returned. Exclusive mode is still off, so I am not sure what the issue is now.

While you where checking Exclusive mode, did you lower the bit rate?

No, it was on 24bit when I turned it off and I didn't change it. The only other option is 16 bit.

Well, at least try the 16 bit. That's how low I had to for my on board audio. My Focusrite doesn't go below 24bit, 44100Hz. But works fine.
