Staff Misalignment
For some reason the staffs are not aligned vertically, there doesn't seem to be a pattern to it, it just happens. The line is about 8 measures long so I'm not sure why this misalignment happens at a random time. I am using the latest version of Muse Score if that helps

You are using a system break at the end of each staff (except the first one) so the is no randomness in the behaviour.

In fact he uses a section break. By default sections begin indented.
