What's the problem exactly, which voice and where?
It's fine here in the Mixer, see image below.

The image is correct but we only hear all the voices from bar 9 (2nd beat). At the beginning we only hear the soprano and the bass. I do not understand why.

At the beginning volume of some voices is lower because they are in pp (pianissimo) and later in p (piano).
