Flute fingering
Hello,
Using the latest version 4.3.2 I was wondering if there is a possibility to add flute fingering so that I can see what to press on the flute to give the given note?

The update most probably won't help with your question
It could be done with a plugin, similar to the one for sax fingerings. See https://musescore.org/en/project/saxophone-fingerings. You just need to find someone able and willing to create it…

But the sax fingering plugin does not work on MS4

Neither does this one https://musescore.org/en/project/fingering-diagram (with flute diagram) , for the same reason.

No, I never said it did. But I imagine it would be fairly easy to modify to suit MS4. Or if the OP doesn’t want to wait s/he could install MS3 alongside MS4.

This is for my daughter who is just about to start learning the flute. I have very little music knowledge myself. I can't play anything. I can't read music. But I'd love for her to spark an interest. I need to know how the tunes she is playing goes. For that I use MuseScore.
I'll consider installing MS3 as well as the fingering plugin has helped a lot with my older daugher learning the violin.
