Program Suddenly Crashes While Working in MuseScore
After upgrading to MuseScore version 4.4.0, the program suddenly crashed while I was working, and now I can’t open any of my original files. Restarting the computer didn’t help, and changing the file names didn’t work either. Even if I manage to open the program, it often stays in a non-responsive state, making it impossible for me to work.

If this really helps, we will never know the cause of this problem.
So I suggest you first copy Musescore4.ini from the %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\MuseScore folder to another location
and only then do a factory reset.

Thank for your suggestion, I've tried it but it also didn't work, the app is still no response.
I tried reinstalling the old version 4.3.2, but it still didn’t work. What on earth is going on?

If you are on Windows, you could try Control panel>Programs and Features>MuseScore4>repair.

Yes, I'm using windows, but it also didn't work apparently.
