Can't open files some files after updating to version 4.4
Hello there,
I just updated to 4.4 and now I get an error message telling me some of my files do not exist or are inaccesible. Not all of them though. I don't know what the difference could be. I'll attach one of the files I can't open.

I shortened the file name to Wind, and it opened.
I suspect it's the known issue of non-ASCII characters in file and folder names. That's why changing the filename to "Wind" fixed the problem. According to reports in other threads this will be fixed in the upcoming 4.4.1 release.
Mus 4.4 has a problem with e.g. German "Umlaute", with á, é and many other letters which result in an escape sequence. Avoid such letters until next release.
Rename your score in "Blaetter_im_Wind.mscz" and it works.
I actually did try removing the "ä", because i noticed that the file name in the "loading [file]" pop up looked funny, but it turns out that the "ä" in the name of the folder the file was in, also is a problem. so yeah when none of the characters in the file path is a weird one everything works. thank you all!

Sure, this applies to the whole file path.
