Create a bar of 6/4
Select the full bar rest
Add/Tuplets/Other 5 in 6
Create your demisemiquavers and beam as required
Add a barline after 3 beats from the symbols pallet
Hide the 6/4 time signature.

Instead of adding the 6/4 time signature, just use the Measure Properties dialog (Bar Properties dialog in the UK) to extend the bar to 6/4. Then you don't have to deal with hiding the 6/4 and subsequent 3/4 time signatures. Slightly simpler and looks just the same.
