HELP!!
I decided to add a section to my piece in a different time signature (4/4 to 6/8). I wasn't paying attention to the fact that as soon as I switched, everything after that section shifted and the notation isn't correct. I had already saved during the course of adding the new section and I can't undo everything. After that section, I added 4/4 time signature after hoping it would revert and didn't. I made the ultimate idiot mistake.
Is there any way to revert all the original 4/4 notation that shifted after I changed time signatures? I hoe this makes sense. Any solution suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Deleting the 6/8 time signature should do it (if I understand you correctly)

The problem is I've already created the 6/8 section so if I delete that time signature, all the 6/8 section will get messed up. I mistakenly added extra measures and didn't notice it changed the remainder of the composition when I added the 6/8 time signature.
