Split measure tool causes Studio 4.4.2 to hang

As far as I know, there's no particular issue with this feature. It's most likely due to a specific context in your score itself. Please attach it so we can investigate.

Thanks. Your score is behaving normally and playing well.
For test purposes, I used the "Split measure before selected note/rest function" in a few different places. And I didn't notice anything in particular.
Have I forgotten something? ? Is there a particular place, a measure/beat, that would cause what you're saying?

I investigated and was able to split at a different place. But MuseScore hangs when I try to do so on the last line.

Try splitting right at the "Glory glory" E Flat on the last line. Check the screenshot I've attached. Thanks!

Sorry, I can't reproduce a hanging there, on the E flat (4.4.2, Windows 10)
I leave it to others to try.

I also was testing with Ubuntu 22.04.LTS and MuseScore 4.4.2 at many different mesures and lines, and I can not reproduce the problem.

All very strange! I am on MacOS, so maybe that is an issue.
