maybe yes maybe not, i was willing for a function for the program to read a pdf, png, jpg file and by the sheet itself, write it down on the program. and maybe also for the program to read an mp3 audio and try to transcribe it. maybe it would be very practical for some people's poor writing skills, or it would lead to many copies of other songs. idk, you tell me.

At present this is a case of "wishing for the moon", but maybe one day.
.PDF is already possible, though the quality of the results depends on the quality of the image. .PNG, .JPG, and paper can be pulled into .PDF and thus converted into notation.
.MP3 audio is a radically different problem and is, I suspect, years away, perhaps even many years away. For this, HumanEar 1.0 is, by far, the best transcription tool.

Then use them.
(However, you will find that you are mistaken.)

Musescore can open a midi file and make an attempt at converting it to notation, so use the "thing" that converts mp3->midi and then use Musescore to convert midi->notation. I will be surprised if you find the results any use.

i mostly use it for fun like taking a meme audio and placing it on musescore, not to put actual music in there
