Musescore file wont open
Musescore file suddenly stopped opening, tried both cloud and local version of the same score, file wont open and musescore immediately crashes. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling musescore 4.4.2. Other files open just fine, I cant even open the cloud version on the browser because it says its been processing for the last 2 days.

A new installation rarely helps - resetting to the factory settings makes more sense.

tried resetting factory settings, still doesnt open. The file is on cloud so I cant even download and attach it. Any other tips to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated!

On musescore.com?
Then download the file with your browser. Musescore tries to open it (and fails) but then the file is already in your download folder. Then you can attach it.
Otherwise we can't help ...

How do I download the file from here if it wont let me open the page and just says processing score?

Probably nothing is stored there ...
At least "Parts" and "Pages" must have a non-zero value. In your screen, however, this is zero, i.e. nothing has been saved.
For the future: Save locally, possibly under a different name (Name_1, Name_2 ...) and then also in the cloud.

But you can search for the folders which are called "musescore4" or "cloud_scores"?

I found in the manual a location for Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/MuseScore/MuseScore3/
Probably also for MuseScore4 ...

I tried that already, nothing shows up for musescore 4. I have an older version of the file locally so i'll just clean that score up, thanks for helping out!

the local version is alright but it's an older version, Im most likely going to just work on the older version and create multiple backups
