There is a Search field on the Choose instruments dialog for a new score.

Change the "Orchestra" choice (top right).
@lucaszokinerf...
There seems to be something weird here. I thought that I had found agogo in the instruments list by typing in the search box, but I can no longer find it and I now get the results as shown in your picture.
I am using MuseScore Studio version (64-bit): 4.4.3 on Windows 10.
So...
I looked at the General MIDI Percussion Key Map:
General MIDI Standard Percussion Set Key Map.pdf
where key 67 is "High Agogo" and key 68 is "Low Agogo".
MuseScore uses GM1 and, searching the MuseScore instruments xml file, I found that agogo is mapped (as a substitute) for the instruments "Metal Castanets" (which uses high agogo sound) and 'Iron Pipes" (low agogo sound).
[BTW: There are a few more agogo substitutions for brake drum, anvil...]

Here's a score using metal castanets and iron pipes which substitute GM key 67 high agogo and GM key 68 low agogo respectively. (I am using Basic Sounds in the Mixer):

You can change the instrument names in the score to your liking.

There is an Agogo sound in Basic sounds. But no actual instrument. You might create a (for one example) bongo staff and assign the Agogo sound to it. Or do the same with other percussion staves.
