Dynamics Not Working

I don't know if it's just me or anybody else, but in the latest version the dynamics don't work and they all sound excactly the same no matter what soundfont or how many times I restart. This didn't use to happen in earlier versions. Also (not related to the dynamics issue I think), I noticed that all the notes with default velocity (64) all play as if they're on the max velocity, and I have to manually change the notes to a different velocity and then back to 64.
