Impossible to get a refound or speak to anyone
Hey, I got my free week trial for the PRO+, cancelled after 5 days but still they took 135€ from me. I have been trying to get an answer from them in all the possible ways, email from different emails, refund request, etc.
I got no answer from any "support"!
I'm student and I really need this money.

I have seen a number of users having issues with refunds on MuseScore.com lately.

True. I have been following along with discussions throughout the MuseScore.com groups, and there appears to be a spike of subscription related issues among users.

That doesn't mean it's the wrong place: it just means that they are being slow to respond. You might be better off contacting your credit card company to help with this and to ensure that no future payments are taken.

The correct place to ask questions is not neccesarly the one you get answers,
But on the wrong place there 0% chance to get the correct answer
