Not available Muse STRINGS

I've been working without any problems. In my new scores I have all the instrumentation available in MuseHub. But if I open a score from a couple of months ago, or even less, all the instrumental sections appear in the mixer, except for the strings.
What's going on? What should I do?

For a start, you should always attach a sample score (.mscz file) which demonstrates your problem.

For to start: Please read my mesage again. Dont problem with a specific score. And, I add image with "the problem"; the issue apparece on the mixer .

Sorry. The image doesn't help. We need your score to see if the same thing happens to us. Your image shows some potential problems, but we need the score to find out what they are.
