Sax music looks like drum music
Transposed a song for Alto Sax on Musescore 4.4.4. Something happened and then suddenly my music looks like this!

Attach the score file (.MSCZ). An image (.PNG or .JPEG) tells us almost nothing.
That said, a guess, based on those images. Try selecting one of the notes with the non-oval noteheads (one of them) and look at Properties (upper left) / Note / Head / Notehead type. If it's set to anything other than the normal oval (first notehead in the list), change it to that normal oval. Then do the same for each of the odd noteheads.

I will add the file. I tried to do that, but the note shape didn't change, then when I closed Properties and opened it again, it was not an oval.

Something went wrong but not sure where in the process. Did you import it from something else?
Either way, I seem to have fixed it. Go into Stave/part properties and "change" the instrument to Alto Sax (yes it says it is already set up as that but clearly isn't behaving like a sax). Then right-click on a note, Select >More and tick Same type [note] and then change the notehead(s).
