Musescore 4 Export bass tab to musicxml ?bug?

Exported tab is incorrect. See image. What I am doing wrong?

I attached the files to the first post. Please have a look.
Your .mxl opens fine in Musescore 3.7, same as original (with Bass Guitar sounding 1 octave lower than written as it should be).

Thanks, I'll try Musescore 3.7. Looks like it is Musescore 4.4.4 bug?
Problem confirmed using MuseScore 4.5 prerelease. Note 3.6.2 behaves identical to 4.5. I don't have 3.7 available.
