Score is invalid... I really need the score back
I was attempting to save a score to the cloud, and it kept saying it wasn't working... I hit the "get help" button and went into the musescore website and signed in... usually that's the issue. This however, didn't work. I then tried my other frequent solution, which generally has no issues... just closing musescore down, then reopening it. It always keeps the score from before even if unsaved.
This time, it kept it, as usual... so I went to open it, only to be met with the "this score is invalid" message.
It is displaying the thumbnail image of the score, so surely it has the data for the music itself somewhere? I really need help ASAP

Windows... I found an older post in the forum detailing how to recover stuff... so I went into the computer and pulled out the correct files, but they are invalid too? I've attached them here.
One of them is unable to upload... it's an "autosave" file.
