Repeat two or more bars
Hello friends, I want to add a 'play those last two bars again' symbol for a drum part in a big band arrangement. This is different to a 2-bar repeat as it's just the drums who will be playing the same two bars as a loop rather than the whole band repeating two bars. It is the symbol that looks like a % sign which goes over the bar line with a number 2, as shown in the attached screenshot. Your help is appreciated. Thank you. Dan

Just use the existing 2-bars repeat, that's what it is there for
Youl'll find it in thr Repeats & Jumps palette under 'More...'

Thank you, I am attaching a screenshot of my Palettes and Master Palette with the Repeats and Jumps menus displayed. I can only see a one-bar repeat.

Support for Multi-measure repeats was added in Musescore 4.
In Musescore 3 there is a symbol in Master Palette/Symbols/Bar Repeats however no support for playback. A workaround here: https://musescore.org/en/node/103336
Maybe an enhancement to Musecore 3.7 Evolution Jojo ?

I'm on it, but not yet there: https://github.com/Jojo-Schmitz/MuseScore/pull/519

It is obviously Musescore 3 and this version only has a one-bar repeat.
In the symbol area, however, there is a symbol for double or multiple repetition that has no function - it is only intended for printing.

In general you should always mention which exact release you're on, but esp. when your not on the latest.
Woud avoid such time-consuming missunderstandings

See How to create a 2-measure repeat sign with playback on how to achieve this with Mu3
Edit: sorry, this was already mentioned above
