12/8 I presume ? mmm.... Musescore 3.7 assumes 4 beats to the bar, 4 groups of 3, but it looks like you want 6 groups of 2.
Tried regrouping the notes in time signature properties but that doesn't work, I still get this:

Ah thanks, Toggle Rhythmic Slash Notation works if you hide the stems.
