Recording mp3

Hi,
I tried to save my sheet on cloud to be able to record the mp3 of it,
but it didn't work. I tried twice, like:
saving>on cloud>connect>wait untill 100%,
and then message: wasn't able to save your work, try again later o ask for support...
That's it.
