Automatic change of note lengths

Hi everyone!

I have a question. Is it possible to automatically change the length of notes when changing the time signature? I wrote a piece in 2/4 time signature, I wanted to change it to 4/4 and double the length of notes (an eighth note becomes a quarter note, etc.). Is there a function that will do this automatically? Or do I have to type everything out manually?
